📖 Some books have titles that are so on point, that you just have to remember them to know what to do.

Two Examples:

“Don’t make me think” by Steve Krug
The one and only usability book you should read. And the sentence “Don’t make me think” had become my mantra when building or evaluating user frontends. How much do I have to think to know what is the next step. The book it self has a bunch of example how to design these frontends.

“Who not how” by Dan Sullivan, Benjamin Hardy

When you tinker about a task or problem, don’t ask yourself how but instead how can help you to solve it. This again is now a constant thing in my head when I am in this position that I recognize how long I am thinking about the how.
